Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM tools (Splunk/Symantec) for threat detection and investigation
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Develop incident response playbooks and execute breach containment
- Analyze malware and APT campaigns using forensic tools
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement security controls
- Generate executive security dashboards and compliance reports
- Stay current on emerging threats and MITRE ATT&CK framework
Qualifications
- 3+ years in cybersecurity operations or incident response
- CISSP, CEH, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in SIEM tools and network security protocols
- Experience with Windows/Linux forensic analysis
- Knowledge of NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
- BS in Cybersecurity or related field preferred
