Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage AWS/GCP/Azure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Automate deployment pipelines using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Optimize cloud resources for performance, security, and cost efficiency
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments using tools like Datadog or New Relic
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Document architecture decisions and create runbooks for operational procedures
- Stay current with cloud service provider updates and industry trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm)
- Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, or Chef)
- Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnets, load balancers)
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Certified Solutions Architect preferred)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
