Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable AWS/GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost-efficiency
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or AWS CodePipeline
- Monitor cloud systems with Prometheus, Grafana, and CloudWatch
- Automate deployment processes and troubleshoot complex cloud issues
- Ensure compliance with SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards
- Document architecture decisions and operational procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS or GCP services
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPC, subnets, load balancers)
- Security certifications (CCSP, CISA, or equivalent) preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in a contract role
