As a key member of our Cloud Engineering team, you'll design, implement, and optimize cloud solutions using industry-leading technologies. This hybrid role combines remote flexibility with occasional in-person collaboration at our downtown Seattle office. Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Optimize cloud costs while ensuring high availability and security compliance
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate infrastructure-as-code solutions
- Troubleshoot complex cloud environments and implement performance improvements
- Lead cloud migration projects for enterprise clients
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with AWS/Azure/GCP certification
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Strong background in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Proven track record of designing secure, cost-optimized cloud architectures
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
