- Oversee the architectural design of scalable, future-proof systems capable of handling exponential growth.
- Establish ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for future technology deployment.
- Drive innovation initiatives and foster a culture of forward-thinking problem solving across the organization.
- Manage a budget for R&D and futuristic technology acquisition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Information Technology, specifically in strategic planning and architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ years horizon).
- Deep expertise in AI/ML systems, cloud infrastructure, and next-gen computing paradigms.
- Exceptional ability to anticipate industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Strong background in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change.
- Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment in the San Francisco Bay Area.
