Responsibilities
- Assist senior engineers in deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and uptime to ensure 99.9% availability.
- Troubleshoot basic cloud infrastructure issues and analyze error logs.
- Collaborate with the development team to support CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
- Maintain accurate documentation for cloud configurations and operational processes.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response drills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals.
- Familiarity with cloud concepts (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player attitude.
- Willingness to obtain relevant cloud certifications within 12 months of hire.
