Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds and PRTG
- Diagnose and resolve network outages, security breaches, and connectivity issues
- Implement network security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on cloud migrations and SD-WAN projects
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex network problems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in network administration with Cisco/Juniper certifications
- Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN protocols
- Proficiency with network automation tools (Ansible, Python)
- Strong troubleshooting skills using Wireshark and network analyzers
- Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud networking services
- CCNP/JNCIP certification required
- Experience with remote team collaboration tools (Slack, Jira)
- Ability to travel to Seattle office 1-2 days monthly
