Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of AI architecture experience
- Proven expertise in distributed ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and quantum computing

- Certification in Quantum AI from recognized institutions (e.g., IBM Quantum Network)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
