Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures for 2026-era computing constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing ethical AI governance frameworks
- Publish research in Nature/Science journals and present at top-tier conferences
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to hybridize classical and quantum AI models
- Secure $5M+ in research grants from NSF, DARPA, and industry partners
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent at least 3 core technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published 10+ papers in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR with 1000+ citations
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and federated learning
- Proven track record of securing federal research funding
- Strong programming skills in PyTorch/TensorFlow and C++
- Experience with quantum machine learning algorithms
- Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary AI ethics initiatives
