Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of published research in neural networks or quantum ML
- Proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale distributed training systems
- Strong background in AI ethics and bias mitigation strategies
- Track record of securing federal or corporate research grants
- Expertise in federated learning for privacy-preserving AI
