Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel AI algorithms for quantum computing applications
- Lead research initiatives in generative adversarial networks and multi-agent systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize AI-quantum hybrid architectures
- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Mentor junior researchers through our 2026 Fellowship Program
- Secure $1M+ in annual research grants from industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Computing (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow)
- Published record in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR)
- Expertise in reinforcement learning and natural language processing
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum languages (Q#)
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional research teams
