Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and AI evolution patterns to develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into product roadmaps and business opportunities
- Produce quarterly innovation reports with data-driven predictions on AI adoption, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions using generative AI and advanced simulation tools
- Represent company at global tech forums (CES, Web Summit, etc.) as thought leadership speaker
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and ethical innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Strategic Foresight (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI/ML strategy, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Deep expertise in generative AI, neural networks, and emerging tech ecosystems
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Published thought leadership in futurism, AI ethics, or innovation strategy (IEEE, HBR, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
