Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-year foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into strategic priorities
- Develop quantitative/qualitative models to assess disruption potential of emerging technologies
- Produce executive-level trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, industry, and government
- Advise leadership teams on risk mitigation and opportunity capture strategies
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of publishing foresight research or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and trend impact assessment
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major organizational transformation initiatives
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Kumu.io)
