As a key member of our Future Insights division, you'll collaborate with Fortune 500 companies to anticipate technological disruptions, societal shifts, and market evolutions. Your expertise will directly shape product roadmaps, investment decisions, and organizational resilience frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate adaptation) and translate insights into strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to embed future-ready thinking
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive analytics for stakeholder decision-making
- Identify emerging technologies and business models with disruptive potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
- Champion innovation culture through internal thought leadership and external speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in strategic consulting, innovation, or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proofing strategies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with complex multi-dimensional datasets
- Certification in Futures Methodologies (e.g., CFS, WFS) preferred
- Published author or keynote speaker on future trends strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 2025+ foresight projects
