Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to develop actionable foresight frameworks for 2026
- Design and lead strategic foresight workshops for C-suite executives
- Produce trend reports and scenario planning documents for board-level presentations

- Represent the firm at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like Delphi and Horizon Scanning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools and data visualization platforms
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major foresight initiatives implemented by clients
