Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive forces affecting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop quantitative foresight models and scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Deliver executive briefings on emerging technologies and societal shifts with strategic implications
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Build and lead cross-functional futurist teams across global markets
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals and industry forums
- Advise on policy development for emerging regulatory frameworks in 2026
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing scenario-planning methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Published research in futures studies or innovation strategy with measurable impact
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., ACFC, CSSF) preferred
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
- Strong command of foresight methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, horizon scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful strategic transformations based on future analysis
