Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with emerging global standards
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for machine learning models across diverse applications
- Develop stakeholder engagement strategies to incorporate diverse perspectives in AI governance
- Create educational materials and training programs for technical teams on responsible AI development
- Advocate for regulatory compliance while proactively identifying future ethical challenges
- Lead cross-functional task forces to resolve complex ethical dilemmas in AI deployments
- Publish research on AI ethics best practices in industry journals and conferences
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, Law, or related field; PhD preferred
- 5+ years experience in AI governance, algorithmic auditing, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in bias mitigation techniques for ML models and NLP systems
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical guidelines
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other emerging regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating real-world AI ethics implementations or research publications
