Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field with focus on ethics
- 3+ years researching algorithmic bias or AI governance frameworks
- Published work in top-tier AI ethics or ML conferences
- Experience with federated learning and differential privacy
- Proficiency in Python/R for bias quantification tools
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF
- Strong background in participatory design methodologies
