Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-wide AI governance frameworks compliant with 2026 regulatory standards
- Lead cross-functional teams to audit AI systems for bias, transparency, and accountability
- Develop ethical AI policies that align with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate ethics into product roadmaps
- Represent the company in global AI ethics forums and regulatory discussions
- Establish KPIs to measure AI fairness and societal impact
- Drive employee training programs on responsible AI development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/tech leadership with 5+ years specializing in AI ethics or governance
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field
- Published research on AI fairness or algorithmic accountability
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ethical AI transformations
- Deep understanding of societal implications of generative AI and autonomous systems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
