Responsibilities

- Generative AI Leadership: Lead the development and deployment of next-gen Generative AI models for enterprise use cases.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for 2026, ensuring our stack remains ahead of industry trends.
- Data Optimization: Engineer high-performance data pipelines and predictive analytics engines.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure AI transparency, fairness, and compliance with future regulations.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in adopting futuristic methodologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in software architecture, with at least 3 years specializing in AI and Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Cloud Architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate abstract future trends into concrete technical requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of solving complex scalability and security challenges.
