Responsibilities
- Develop predictive technology roadmaps for 2026-2028, identifying disruptive trends in AI, quantum systems, and bio-integrated computing
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with 18-24 month launch horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer breakthrough technologies
- Quantify market readiness and ROI for emerging technologies through scenario modeling and data analytics
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members, translating complex concepts into executable strategies
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts to maintain competitive intelligence edge
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of forecasting technological adoption with documented industry impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI ethics frameworks, quantum computing architectures, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (whitepapers, patents, or keynotes)
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $5M with measurable ROI outcomes
