Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech with 3+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (Nature/Science)
- Expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or biotech integration
- Track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Proficiency in futures modeling tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Security clearance eligibility for defense-contract projects
