Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Neural Interface Engineering
- 10+ years leading R&D teams in top-tier tech (FAANG equivalent)
- Published 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature or Science on emerging tech
- Expertise in ISO 26000 ESG frameworks for technology deployment
- Proficiency in federated learning architectures and zero-knowledge proofs
- Track record of scaling projects from prototype to billion-user deployment
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Neuroethics from Oxford's Future of Humanity Institute
