- Implement AI-assisted sourcing tools while maintaining human-centric recruitment
- Present talent trend briefings to executive board quarterly
Qualifications
- 7+ years in tech recruiting with 3+ years in emerging technologies or future-focused roles
- Proven experience with predictive analytics in talent acquisition
