Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) into our core infrastructure.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performing engineering and strategy team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to explore futuristic solutions and prototype next-generation products.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term (5-10 year horizon) and translate abstract concepts into actionable development plans.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current tech stacks (Cloud, DevOps) and familiarity with futuristic trends relevant to 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
