Responsibilities
- Develop the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan that aligns with business goals, market trends, and emerging technologies.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct deep-dive research on macroeconomic shifts, AI advancements, and industry disruptions to anticipate future opportunities.
- Executive Leadership: Present strategic initiatives to the board of directors and C-suite executives, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to ensure alignment on long-term vision and execution.
- Innovation Incubation: Identify and pilot emerging technologies that could provide a competitive advantage by 2026.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the strategic allocation of capital and human resources to high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think beyond the immediate horizon and plan for multi-year outcomes.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of digital transformation, AI, and emerging tech trends.
