- Secure and manage $5M+ annual R&D budget allocation
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with corporate vision
- Drive patent portfolio development and IP monetization strategies
- Present breakthrough concepts to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong technical background with ability to evaluate complex systems
- Executive presence with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/PhD preferred)
