Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies through 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners and academic institutions
- Translate technical insights into executive-level business recommendations
- Manage a $5M innovation fund for prototyping future-proof solutions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
