Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026-era product roadmaps and innovation frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, AGI)
- Design user-centric solutions for next-generation human-computer interaction paradigms
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for future-focused initiatives
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic research labs and technology pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused innovation roles
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, spatial computing)
- Proven track record of shipping category-defining products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of human-computer interaction evolution (GUI → voice → AR → neural)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic implementations
