Responsibilities
- Design and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum computing integration, and climate tech
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging threats/opportunities in post-2025 markets
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-machine symbiosis systems
- Present strategic briefs to C-suite and board members with data-backed scenarios
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in rapid prototyping and agile foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record delivering future-ready products (2024+ launches)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent
- Published research on technological singularity preparedness
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture capital
- Portfolio demonstrating 2025+ technology roadmaps implementation
