Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research on emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Design and execute innovation pilots with measurable ROI for next-gen solutions
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with tech innovators, VCs, and academic institutions
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory impacts on long-term tech strategy
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward initiatives with tangible outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent experience in scenario planning
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience scaling innovation programs in enterprise environments
