Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-focused technology roadmaps aligning with global sustainability and human augmentation trends
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in developing proof-of-concepts for quantum-AI integration systems
- Identify and mitigate ethical implications of disruptive technologies (deepfakes, autonomous systems)
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and incubate next-gen startups
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Establish KPIs measuring long-term societal impact versus commercial ROI
- Author whitepapers on future workforce transformation and digital sovereignty
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with Fortune 500/tech unicorns
- Expertise in emerging tech convergence: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- PhD in Systems Engineering, Futuristics, or equivalent demonstrable expertise
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to $1B+ market impact
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration opportunities
