Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to develop and implement the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with organizational growth objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their strategic implications for our industry
- Design and execute scenario-planning frameworks to prepare for disruptive market shifts and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and investment decisions
- Champion a culture of innovation through mentorship, workshops, and cutting-edge research partnerships
- Measure and report on KPIs tracking innovation maturity and future-readiness across the organization
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Strategic Foresight, Technology Policy, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario development methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech landscapes (Web4.0, decentralized systems, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, CFP) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementation with measurable outcomes
- Experience leading cross-cultural, remote teams in high-ambiguity environments
