Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and emerging market opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to incubate futuristic concepts and prototype next-generation solutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and scenario planning for technology disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies preferred
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management highly desirable
- Exceptional analytical and scenario planning capabilities with data-driven decision-making
