Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating futuristic solutions (AR/VR, quantum AI, bio-integrated systems)
- Analyze emerging technologies' commercial viability through market research and competitive intelligence
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual budget allocation
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology commercialization
- Proven track record launching disruptive products/services with $1M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, generative AI, or neurotech
