Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Design and implement pilot programs for emerging technologies (Web4.0, neurointerfaces, climate tech)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-backed ROI projections
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation maturity and future-readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and venture capital firms
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technology trends and implications
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D management, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance)
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 disruptive products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or Innovation Management
- Exceptional data visualization skills using tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
