- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI) into core business strategy
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track progress against 2026 industry disruption benchmarks
- Partner with C-suite to secure $10M+ annual innovation budgets and resource allocation
- Develop patent portfolios and intellectual property strategies for futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation leadership, product development, or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 5+ year market disruption cycles
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems (blockchain, AR/VR, biotech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Strategic Innovation
- Strong financial modeling skills for innovation pipeline valuation and ROI forecasting
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Impact Assessment preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets and managing distributed innovation teams
