Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological inflection points to forecast market shifts through 2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for clients in AI ethics, quantum computing adoption, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align executive teams on future-proofing strategies
- Author white papers and thought leadership on disruptive business models for 2026+ landscapes
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions in our innovation labs
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on emerging technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to investor boards and C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of modeling long-term technological disruption (AI/ML, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and sustainable innovation
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
