Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, economic, and social trends to develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks
- Design and lead executive workshops on future scenario planning and adaptive strategy development
- Produce high-impact trend reports and whitepapers for C-suite clients across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Advolve AI-driven forecasting tools to enhance predictive accuracy and strategic recommendations
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with compelling data visualization and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth startup experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks for 2025+ timelines
- Proficiency in foresight software tools (e.g., Foresight Platform, Trendalyzer) and data visualization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in agile, remote environments
