Responsibilities
- Design and execute R&D roadmaps for 2026-era technologies (quantum computing, AGI, neural interfaces)
- Lead development of prototype systems with 10-year scalability vision
- Collaborate with policymakers on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Drive innovation sprints integrating blockchain, IoT, and biometric tech
- Mentor teams in emerging paradigm shifts (e.g., post-cloud architecture)
- Present strategic tech forecasts to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget across 3 R&D verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership with 5+ in emerging tech strategy
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on future tech paradigms
- Proven track record delivering at-scale AI/quantum systems
- Deep expertise in at least two of: neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, or spatial computing
- Experience with ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 ethical tech standards
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation bodies
