What You'll Do: As a key member of our development team, you'll architect scalable web solutions using modern frameworks while mentoring junior developers. You'll work closely with UX designers to translate complex requirements into intuitive, high-performance applications that delight users.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of responsive web applications using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pixel-perfect UI/UX designs
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability using performance best practices
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality documentation

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional web development experience with strong portfolio
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive frameworks
- Deep knowledge of React, Redux, and modern front-end build tools
- Experience with Node.js, Express, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL)
- Proficient in version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
