Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows Server environments across AWS and Azure
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOC2)
- Design and automate infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response protocols
- Monitor system performance using Zabbix and Grafana dashboards
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document infrastructure and maintain knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server 2019+
- Certification in AWS/Azure or CompTIA Server+
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven incident management and troubleshooting expertise
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
