Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking components
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement security protocols
- Execute disaster recovery plans, backups, and system updates
- Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Proven track record in security hardening and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
