Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtualization environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IPAM systems
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular DR drills
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex infrastructure issues
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate system inventories
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration (2016+)
- Expert knowledge of VMware vSphere and Hyper-V virtualization
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) hybrid setups
- Proficient in network troubleshooting and firewall management
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
