Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across Azure and on-premise infrastructure
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols (VPN, firewalls)
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
- Monitor system performance with Nagios/Zabbix and proactively resolve issues
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and implement backup solutions
- Document procedures and provide tier-3 support for escalated incidents
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration (2016/2019)
- Strong proficiency in Linux/Ubuntu administration and scripting
- Expertise in cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and hybrid architectures
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker)
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
