Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers, virtualization (VMware), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection systems
- Automate infrastructure tasks using Ansible/Terraform and optimize CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex network issues and lead disaster recovery drills
- Monitor system performance with tools like Nagios/Prometheus and capacity planning
- Document SOPs and create technical training materials for junior staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Windows Server and Linux
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware vSphere) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python/Bash) and automation tools
- Security certifications (CISSP, Security+) or equivalent experience
- Proven track record in designing and implementing high-availability solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
