Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud/on-premise systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations
- Implement security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Document system configurations and create operational runbooks
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with Windows Server and Linux
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, MCSA, or equivalent) required
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale systems (>500 users)
