Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize complex IT infrastructure including cloud, hybrid, and on-premise environments
- Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security protocols
- Automate deployment processes using tools like Ansible and Terraform
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline integration
- Document system configurations and maintain up-to-date disaster recovery plans
- Lead system upgrade projects while minimizing business disruption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server and Linux environments
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud services and networking fundamentals
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+ preferred
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
