Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2-3 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues remotely and on-site
- Manage Active Directory, Exchange, and cloud-based systems (O365)
- Deploy and configure new hardware/software solutions
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate asset inventories
- Train end-users on technology best practices and security protocols
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (Azure/O365) and virtualization (VMware)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex issues
- Valid Texas driver's license and willingness for occasional on-site visits
- Experience with ITIL service management principles preferred
