Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust Linux/Windows server environments across AWS and on-premises infrastructure
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery planning for critical business systems
- Optimize network performance and security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and IAM policies
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of new services
- Document infrastructure configurations and create runbooks for operational excellence
- Mentor junior staff and conduct regular system health audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise-level system administration
- Expert proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and hybrid cloud architectures
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Deep knowledge of Linux/Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Certifications like AWS SysOps Administrator or CompTIA Server+ preferred
- Proven experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for complex network and system issues
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize critical incidents
